What delivery options are available? Simply Hobbies provides 3 main options for delivery;
All delivery schedules are estimated from the time of despatch (not time from order) and depends on whether the items you have purchased are marked 'in stock', 'available for order' or 'preorder'. For more information on this please see the 'extended information' tab on the product page. How do I return an item?
IMPORTANT: YOUR ITEM MUST BE SENT RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY. The maximum postage refunded for any recorded item will be £10.00. We will replace a faulty product or refund back your cost to your credit card if this is the option you select. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 30 days from receipt of goods. Refunds You may return any unopened item that you are not entirely satisfied with, within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. Again, you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation); this is obtained by calling us on (01942) 878876 or using our contact form. NO RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA. |
